Brittney Johnston is a member of the Firm’s insurance and litigation practice, representing insurers with all facets of cyber, media, technology, and privacy-related claims and incidents.
Prior to joining the Benson Firm, Brittney served as the Chief of the Tax Litigation Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. There, she managed a team that represented the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and Texas Workforce Commission in complex tax and employment lawsuits for the State of Texas. She has extensive experience litigating and advising clients on high-profile matters in both trial and appellate courts throughout Texas.
