Kyle is a member of the Firm’s insurance and litigation practice, focusing on the representation of professional liability insurers both as monitoring and coverage counsel. He has diverse commercial litigation experience as defense and plaintiff’s counsel, and he has litigated claims in state and federal court including false advertising, tortious interference, monopolization, restraint of trade, RICO, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract.

Kyle is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
